Ground floor guttering emptied and jet washed, also jet washed the windows while I was on, brightening everything up at the same time 🤘😎

A new gate and fence panel installed, bringing the look of the property up a long way. I also used the sleepers to raise a planter up so the owner can now avoid any back trouble when doing what he loves 🤘😎

These are before shots of a garden in the process of being done, the planning phase is taking longer than is wanted by the customer. I started things off for them with some fresh paint, hopefully I'll fllow up with posts when things move forwards a bit.

At this customers job there were damp and mould problems. They had people in surveying who advised fans to extract moisture, which was getting done by somone else, and the bottom two inches be removed from the plaster behind the skirting. I did everything, so from old skirting off to fresh paint on the new skirting, walls and ceiling, including releveling the floor in places where it had crumbled. They also got a new windowsill, to finish off in style, I added fungicide to the paint so the problems are gone for good, fingers crossed.

New ceiling installed in a bathroom. Once complete this made the bathroom alot brighter and better as the old one had started to delaminate and decay slightly.

Glass roofed garage with several leaks cleaned and repaired. This took several attempts to successfully seal as I found it difficult to isolate where the leaks came from. In the end I redid some of the lead, refilled all the cement along all the lead, replaced all of the lead flashing tapes and added wider tapes in some places. I also heated the tapes edges to create a proper seal along the very bumpy glass. I returned 3 times here to make sure the job was completed and working correctly. According to the owner this was leaking since 1986, so I'm glad it's now sealed well after all the time and companies who have tried to fix this. I think this shows that me and my workers try our very best to make sure things are done correctly and will not let you down when things get a bit difficult to complete effectively.

Double glazed door fitted between a garage and utility room, making it much warmer in the utility and no doubt improving the energy efficiency in the house.
