A small amount of rodent-proofing work was carried out by myself at the property to prevent rodents from gaining further access. This work was completed following the treatment programme, as sealing potential entry points is an important preventative measure to help reduce the risk of future rodent activity.

Evidence has been identified of a rat infestation/rodent issue at the property. Inspection has revealed damage to the pipework, with sections appearing to have been chewed by rats. The damage has created an opening through which rodents have gained access to the cavity walls of the property.

Attended site following a window being left open, which resulted in pigeons gaining access to the property. Removed and disposed of the old nesting material and droppings and cleaned the affected area. Arranged for the carpet to be professionally cleaned.
