WHAT DOES THIS INCLUDE?
This installation price is based on the labour of a standard bathroom fit including :
• toilet/toilet unit 🚽
• basin/vanity unit
• bath with screen or shower with screen 🛁
• exposed shower valve and riser rail 🚿
• bath taps and basin taps 🚰
• heated tower rail/radiator
• led mirror
• 4 led spot lights and extractor if 1 already in operation.
This price also includes the relevant plumbing, silicones and fixings required to complete the install. This price also includes the cost of a professional tiler, covering labour and tile adhesive only.
Price based on 20sqm of tiling, price will be adjusted to size if greater.
Pricing will be adjusted if alterations are made or unforeseen additional extras I.e re-boarding of room, replacement of unsatisfactory floorboards or complete repipe.
No hidden costs within deal, all pricing discussed before job arrangement and agreement unless unforeseen.
