Metal frame ceiling, with acoustic hangers, 100mm acoustic wool, 2 layers of 12.5mm soundproof plasterboard, acoustic mastic applied around the perimeter and skimmed all in 10 hours. Anyone else got annoying neighbor's ? We can help
