Most of our commissions are within a 75 mile radius, but we will travel anywhere and have done work abroad in France and as far away as Kenya. We tend to get more bespoke type projects but we can design anything from a small house extension through to a large

mixed use development. We pride ourselves on providing a high quality personal service at a competitive price. Our track record with planning consents is very high and that is testimony to what we produce for our clients. P L A N N I N G A P P R O V E D ! !
Subdividing an existing residential unit into 2 dwellings in Whitley Bay!

We had to carefully reconfigure the layouts and attic space, including dormers to create 2 very spacious apartments!

This scheme is above commercial units we previously obtained planning permission for a regular client of ours!

Thanks to the proactive planning department at North Tyneside Council for assisting with this application!

Onto the building regulation stage! 😊🎉

GOLF ACADEMY PROGRESSING! ⛳
Site visit to see our design for the new golf academy taking shape at Matfen Hall.

The adventure golf is bedding in nicely and the steel frame for the state of the art academy is being erected!

GOLF ACADEMY PLANNING APPROVED! 🏌️‍♂️🏌️‍♂️🏌️‍♂️

First planning permission of May just landed and what an important one this is! 🥇

This state of the art Golf Academy at Matfen Hall will have Toptracer technology, custom fit, private coaching studio, cafe and will be an important building in peoples golf journey.

The building will be a golf hub which takes golfers into the high end facilities - driving range, 9 hole par 3 course, short game area and a fabulous adventure golf complex ⛳

Yet more employment and tourism growth for the 5 star hotel/spa/golf site and the County of Northumberland.

We design all things golf and this is the 2nd Prestigious Golf Academy we have designed in Northumberland.

This one will be starting on site immediately and we can't wait to get it built and try it out! 🏌️‍♂️🎉

PLANNING APPROVED FOR GREENKEEPERS SHED!⛳
Great to get this approval through this week so the greenkeepers at Matfen Hall can now house their state of the art equipment in a brand new facility!

There is a lot of investment happening at this site and the golf facilities are going to be fantastic!
Also helping with employment and tourism, so to be commended that the applicant is willing to invest in Northumberland!

We are so pleased to obtain consent and thank the planning & legal departments at Northumberland County Council working proactively to get this one over the line!

Great start to the golf season! ⛳

PLANNING APPROVED!!!!
Tricky little householder dormer extension job was approved this week!

Planning were minded to REFUSE but after some dialog on the telephone we came to a compromise and the APPROVAL landed!

What was really great about this job is that we could speak with the planning officer on the phone, rather than playing email tennis for months!
So a big shout out for Planners at North Tyneside Council ✨😊

APPROVED AT APPEAL!!! ✨
Some good news landed today!

Clients triple detached garage was refused by local authority due to being located in Green Belt!
Appeal has been allowed and client can now house his cars and garden machinery in his single storey garage!

We obtained planning consent for a demolition and rebuild house for the applicant a while ago, he now lives in the property.
The integral garage in the house ended up getting swamped with kit for renewable energy, hence the need for the proposed detached garage.

Site is huge and well contained, garage isn't really visible from outside the site due to perimeter landscaping. We are definitely NOT causing harm to the Green Belt but adding betterment to a beautiful individual home and the economy!
