This was a full rip out and start from finnish

Downstairs toilet removed to create a bigger dining area for this customer in Shiremoor.

Wasn't as straight foward as it looks as the fuse board needed moved from the middle stud and all plumbing disconnected

Makes a huge difference and gives the customer the space they needed for their dining table!

Took around 3 weeks

•Fully ripped out
•Rejig of the bathroom to create a much better layout
•Electrics altered (smokes and sockets moved up the wall)
•Plastered throughout as the walls were so wavey
•Kitchen re tiled and new oven
•Redecorating
•Carpets and lino throughout
•Garden tidy up and new fence

Huge progress on this renovation we started in Blyth in December😮

All walls stripped of wallpaper ✅️
Full rip out
Full new heating system
Full rewire ✅️
Full damp course ✅️
Re jig bathroom layout✅️
Replaced rotton joists and flooring in dining room✅️
Full new kitchen✅️
Bathroom first fixed and partially tiled ✅️
95% plastered with ceilings boarded✅️
Full new roof facias and gutters✅️
2 skips of waste removed from site✅️

This has taken 5 weeks, now we are ready to ply all the floors downstairs, fit new doors, decorate, fit laminate throughout and second fix plumbing and electrics in the coming weeks😊
