A common question from our customers……What do you do in the summer when boilers are hardly used❓

☀️Summer is the perfect time for annual boiler servicing to check on its safety and efficiency, upgrading those old cold radiators and catching up with the none priority works.

Also a good time to do those one off jobs like this one we completed recently. Our customer wanted to enjoy the great British heat wave by having a bespoke outdoor area. This set up we completed utilises a huge Beef Eater grill combined with a top of the range Gozney pizza oven meaning they can cook anything from burgers to salmon to authentic pizza while enjoying the outdoors ☀️🍕

It has been made to fit the customers space and specifications and has has purpose cut outdoor granite for the work surface so it can be washed and kept hygienic when needed. All run from Gas and safety tested to the highest standards.

Fully waterproof, made with cement board base and outdoor materials this garden kitchen can be used whenever the weather allows it.

Lovely new bathroom in Whickham.

Some herringbone tiling and lvt flooring to add feature to the space.

Deluxe 2 draw floating cabinet with under cabinet lighting to help open up floor space.

Made use of the alcove with a bespoke tiled towel shelf and sec below for washing basket to make the space functional aswel as top end looks and finish 👌

Can’t lie the heat has took a toll today 🥵💦

This conversion began as an emergency water leak call out. It was found to be a split hot water cylinder so was initially drained and made safe.

Gave our customer options of replacement tank or combi upgrade with storage tank removal. The customer decided to lose all the tanks and convert to a combi. In normal weather it’s no problem but capping the supply tanks in the loft today was brutal 🥵. I had to masquerade as Anthony Gordon and kept hitting the deck coming out for hydration breaks.

Anyway, long day at the office completed, back up and running, customer safe and happy and all commissioned and registered for 5 years BAXI warranty by 18.30 today

🔥Our new customer challenged us to give them better control over their heating usage. Their large 50kw boiler powers a very large family home split into east and west wings.

🏡 The challenge to split the heating and give independent control over each side of the property. This upgrade now gives full control and the ability to only heat parts of the home when needed. With gas prices headed to the moon every bit of control and efficiency on usage is money saved. 💸

🚨 The importance of Gas Safety Checks.

We were not at this job for a smell of gas but with the right level of experience and equipment an unknown leak was found that could have had catastrophic issues if left to become worse.

Customer informed and issue repaired by the Gas Network Supplier due to inlet leak.
