Bit of a head scratcher this one. Called to a property with no water pressure to find the under ground pump housing was fully submerged in water including the main circuit board. The property relies on 3 huge pumps for its supply unfortunately all pumps need replaced we managed to run a small feed of the incoming main to get one of the 4 boilers up and running in the pool room. The pool Is now heating and we can run the showers in the pool room. But until new pumps arrive no heating or hot water to the main house. 15000 liters of water pumped out and were finally getting somewhere. But for now over to the electricians to make it safe.

Nice bit of comercial work for the lads this week at HQ out with the 15 year old boiler and in with the new baxi 636 with 7 year warranty for piece of mind. All new stainless steel pipe work and sink units installed in the food prep area. All the best with the new premises!! Best sausages about if you haven't tried them you should .

A recent ensuite we renewed in darras hall this week after the old shower tray and floor failed Rusulting in a unwanted water feature in the kitchen below. We took the walls and floor right back to timber to investigate the cause. We replaced the Subfloor with a cement backer board then screeded over to add strength and longevity we also replaced all the plasterboard for new ready for tilling as preparation Is key.
