This Myson Apollo 30/50B has finally given up after a 26 year long stint and due to parts now being obsolete, we had no choice but to replace it.

Customer opted for a Baxi 800 heat only boiler to take its place, boasting a 10 year parts and labour warranty for future peace of mind.

After abit of pipework alteration and patching up of the old balanced flue, the customer now has warmth again!

This job was based in Stokesley, 1 hour 20 minutes away from where we are based so do not hesitate to get intouch wherever you may be. We cover up to the borders of Scotland, right down to the borders of Yorkshire!

Another big bathroom overhaul for a family in Shield Row, Stanley.

This bathroom was extended 1 metre into the adjacent bedroom, allowing them to have a good size showering area instead of an 800 x 800 quadrant with restricted access.

It is extremely tedious work using metro tiles but it was worth it in the end!!

A complete bathroom refit for a couple in Darras Hall, Ponteland.

Originally called up to investigate a leaking toilet. The toilet flush pipe was poorly fitted which caused a leak and water to work its way under the floor tiles causing them to lift.

Upon further inspection of the existing installation, we discovered the only thing holding all the wall tiles together was the grout - the previous fitters had either poor knowledge or poor products as the adhesive had not grabbed to the tiles or walls, causing a very dangerous situation.

We stripped out completely and started again from scratch. This is the final result and what a result it is!

The customer wanted a breakdown free winter this year and with the existing boiler now out of warranty opted for a new one to save any costly repairs.

With all parts and labour covered on this Platinum for 10 years, there is no worry!

Today we installed a Baxi Duo-Tec 28kw and a EPH programmable thermostat in Stanley. This particular boiler boasts a 7 year warranty so the customer has peace of mind for many years to come.

This is a much more efficient boiler than the Potterton Promax system boiler that was installed prior - with energy prices soaring this was a good choice!
