COVID-19
Dear Customer,

In response to the ongoing threat of Coronavirus (COVID-19), we are closely following the advice from the UK Government. The safety of our customers, staff and wider community is our number one priority.

We want to provide some clarity for our customers :

We are currently operating business as usual, however that being said as we are visiting customers in their own home I would ask anyone who is showing signs of ANY flu or cold symptoms rearrange their appointments or if an emergency job ( loss of supply ) advise us of any symptoms so we can prevent any spread and make an informed decision with everyones best interest in mind.

As you are all aware COVID-19 is an unprecedented situation, that we are adapting to daily.

Our Business Continuity plans continue to be reviewed as the situation develops and we will be updating our website regularly, promoting the same message on Social Media.

Testing and Inspecting should be done every 1-5 years depending on the individual situation... We tested this 20 years ago , a lot has changed in 20 years to keep the insulation up to current safety standard
