Orange Plant are a privately owned and profitable company working in the specialist market of Sales, Hire and Servicing of Woodchippers, Stump Grinders and Firewood Processors.

We are currently seeking to employ a Depot manager for our Newcastle Depot.

Hours: Monday � Friday 7:30am � 5:00pm (a flexible approach to hours will be necessary) with some Saturday cover required


Responsibilities and Duties

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for effectively coordinating the activities of the Workshop, Stores and Yard to run as an efficient unit delivering, servicing and hiring and selling plant and equipment, whilst generating and maintaining a profitable depot.

� Lead by example and coach, motivate and train staff

� Efficiently handle incoming and outbound calls

� Strive to exceed targets set for customer service, sales and depot standards

� Work closely with the existing team throughout the company to ensure product availability to achieve customer satisfaction.

� Embrace for an entrepreneurial spirit to deliver new business ideas for profitable income streams to the depot.

� Ensure compliance with all systems, procedures and processes; including Health
