A loft made into some very usable space with mains powered lights and ladder installed. Terrible that the builder boarded a section without any insulation in the joist, then even drilled through the board for the sprinkler system. That all had to be removed and the insulation laid correctly so the customer didn't have any warranty claims voided through no fault of their own if required in the future. Inspection should have been done prior to hand over to the customer. Now the customer has a great, well lit space for additional safe storage and it's all within the regulations.
