Up at 05:00 this morning, had a coffee and food and was out running.
Plenty of PBs today too 🏃🏼🔥
Called on dad to help me through the last 2-3 km 🙏

Removed a birds nest and repaired a hole in the fascia board to prevent further wildlife and damage.
The heat in the loft had me losing a stone I’m sure if it.

Hi all just to give some context………..If I’ve been quiet or falling behind on messages , appointments or jobs……..
It’s due to some wider personal issues and business issues.
I’m doing a lot of thinking behind closed doors at the minute and weighing up options.
I’ve dropped to two days a week Monday & Friday (from next week) going forward whilst I concentrate on some things behind the scenes.
The work phone is being sent back and I’ve got an ongoing issue with messages not sending when replying (meta IT support is “looking” into this.
