Sometimes in business i am extremely hard on myself always pushing to be better extremely picky with finishes hard on my staff hard on myself, as phase 2 is about kick off on the renovation talking through with customer plans for this and then to receive a mesaage like this means all the sleepless nights blood sweat and tears that went into this year to get it functioning for the summer break there was worth it👌

Good effort this week, we had more weather changes then my wifes moods this week but pushed through.

Front all finshed off scaffold all cleared front dorma roof trimed up and hpxed pushed through the rear of property as much as we can through the rain and sun and walking tiles deliverys a mile up the lane to the property another couple good days be all wrapped up and ridged up and done.

Been getting to site mega early so the all the surrounding neighbours love us at the moment.

Both sides almost fully completed this week aswell

Hopefully get this over the line next week looking alot more cooler.

Back up and properly on my feet after sepsis infection in my leg absolute agoney for weeks.

To all customers that understood this and the delays caused and kept checking in on me your amazing humans and to the customers that busted my balls while being ill get over it things happen in life unfortunately.

Refreshed some tired looking flat roofs.

These were old lead roofs thay had roofs built above roofs stripped back 3 layers on each back to orginal joists then insulated and re boared finshed off in resitrix with all new trims soffit fascias and guttering.

Giving these a long lease of life for the future.

Before and after of the new kitchen area,

Doors ways blocked up whole floor ripped up and underfloor heated fitted all new joists, steels and big opening made for double doors, brickette style floor fitted and kitchen in, temp worktops in why waiting for stone ones to be cut and fitted, touch up of paint left and tile around the old fire place that houses the oven but its functional for the customer and family to use for the summer.

Another completed room and the hallway area done before and afters chimeny removed from room along the way skylight added to hallway area and bedroom the Banister hand rail still needs a sand and re staining but thats been put off to phase 2 now.
