🏆 Proud moment for the team at Mike Martin Window Systems

For the third year running, Mike Martin Window Systems has been named a finalist in the Independent Network National Customer Satisfaction Awards, this year in the £1.5m–£3m category.

And for the second year running, Mel Hill has also been recognised as a finalist for Total Registered Sales, with £750,000–£1 million of registered sales during 2025.

A huge well done to Mel. Consistently achieving that level of sales is a great achievement, but what matters just as much to us is the way he looks after his customers along the way.

For anyone choosing a window and door company, price is obviously important, but so is knowing the company you choose genuinely cares about getting the job right, communicating properly and looking after you if anything needs attention afterwards.

That’s why being recognised for customer satisfaction three years in a row means so much to us.

It reflects the effort of the whole team, from sales and surveying through to installation, admin and aftercare.

A great afternoon out with the Mike Martin Window Systems team and partners yesterday at Rebellion Roast House Charlestown 🍻

We try to get everyone together a few times throughout the year and it was really good to have some of the newer members of the team joining us, alongside plenty of familiar faces.

It was also lovely to have Natalie back with everyone for the afternoon while she’s on maternity leave and before she returns to MMWS soon.

Always good to get away from work for a few hours, switch off and enjoy some time together.

Thanks to everyone who came along, a really enjoyable afternoon in a pretty decent setting too! ☀️🍻

40 years of Mike Martin Window Systems and what better way to celebrate than letting Mike absolutely show us up at golf! We had an amazing afternoon at Driving Range and Restaurant, and let's just say the rest of us will be sticking to our day jobs.

Huge thanks to the Halwyn team for a brilliant experience, and to our fantastic MMWS team for being great sports :)

Happy 18th Birthday Eddie! 🎉

He's shy and confident all at the same time and it's been a pleasure watching him mature during his apprenticeship.

For context, Eddie has never known a world where:
📼 You had to rewind a VHS before returning it to Blockbuster
📀 DVDs didn't start with an unskippable Knock-Off Nigel warning
💿 You bought a CD for one song and put up with the rest

Spotted in the warehouse this wet Wednesday morning and still smiling 😄
