Thank you to all our festive fundraisers that dedicated their time to raising money for FORCE over the festive period!

✨Matt ran every day in December, covering over 300km in December, raising £1,220.75
✨Our volunteers Phil and Alan gave us their weekends to play Santa at to raise money for FORCE
✨Q E Sixth Form raised £475 with a Christmas Tree Walk and Candle Lit Concert

When in Newquay 🏄‍♀️

Extra supports added in the roof and a switch to the right of the table. Extra care was taken to ensure it was aligned to the table and level. No damage to the ceiling 💪

Our biggest project so far has come to an end...

Final handover of paperwork today on these two. Couldn't ask for a better location, ready for summer sunsets from the balcony 🌅

Great work from the team, all electrics start to finish.

Second project for the same company is underway. Watch this space 👀

Another high spec new build first fix wrapped up 💪

This one had a lot of communication cabling for the air source heat pump to be controlled by various thermostats and different heating zones.

We also first fixed solar, even ran the DC cables in so the house could be finished and solar added at a later date with no further disruption to the house.

Looking forward to seeing this one when it's finished 👌

Also, another successful NIC EIC visit complete. The assessor was very happy with the work presented and the records in the office.

Another big project coming to an end

It was a Passive House, which meant great care was taken drilling any hole through exterior walls to maintain the air tight structure.

Luckily it flew through the final pressure test, well under the limit to qualify for 'passivhaus certification'.

It was a steep learning curve, but we'll know exactly what to do on the next one starting in a couple of weeks!

Another under floor heating install, ready for the floor fitters 💪

XPS insulation used to ensure all the heat comes up in to the room and high quality 200w/sq meter matting controlled through a Wi/Fi Programmable thermostat.

(With a gap left for the fire place)

I've lost a black folder, I've been back to every job I thought I may have left it at but to no luck. If I've worked at your house in the last two, potentially three weeks would you mind having a quick look please? It's A4 and has a few segments inside it.

It has lots of information regarding ongoing jobs that are proving to be a bit of a nightmare without it 🤦‍♂️
