Another cleaner home with a full MVHR/ventilation service in the village. As you all know, the area is surrounded by ongoing construction, this has been causing clay residue and dust particles to enter the MVHR/ventilation system in all of your homes. Over time, this residue builds up on the fan, sensors, filters, ducts, and valves, reducing airflow, air quality and system efficiency.

When this happens, your MVHR can not properly ventilate your home. MVHR systems require servicing every 2 years, at Wake Electrical, we don’t just clean your system, we check the airflow, balance, and overall performance to ensure your MVHR is working as designed.

In all the properties i have seen in the village, the MVHR system is not performing as it should, some home owners are complaining about the noise of the system, cold air from the ducts, dust around the ducts and frequent filter changes.
