Project in burren recently finished by JB Plumbing & Heating

Full heating and water system installed including

- Piped bulk gas cylinder
- Navien NCB 500 combination boiler
- Two zone heating controls
- Main bathroom and ensuite 1st fixed and 2nd fixed
- Designer radiators throughout the property
- Instant hot water tap
- Utility room sink
- All waste to septic tank

This one took some work !!

Sections of rotted floor had to be replaced

Unable to pipe bath waste due to steel beam so raised floor had to be installed

Stud walls taken back to allow for beggar shower tray and niches installed

But look at the finished product 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

* External company to be used for bespoke glass panel and door shower the shower area*
