🏡 Gasworks, Belfast | A Major Milestone Reached

We are proud to announce the handover of 84 of the 94 new homes to Radius Housing at the Gasworks, as this landmark project nears completion.

Delivered as the social housing element of the Gasworks Northern Fringe Masterplan, this development is creating high-quality, modern homes for families and individuals in the heart of Belfast.

A huge thank you to our site teams, subcontractors, and the Radius Housing team for their hard work and collaboration throughout this project. We look forward to sharing the final stages with you soon.

We’re looking for reliable, skilled and hardworking people to join us in the following roles:

🔩 Car & Van Mechanic
A qualified mechanic with experience servicing, repairing and maintaining cars and commercial vans.

🛠️ Small Plant & Tool Mechanic
Someone experienced in diagnosing, servicing and repairing small plant, tools and equipment, helping to keep our fleet in top working condition.

🚜 Yard Person / Plant Preparation
Responsible for carrying out off-hire checks, inspecting returned equipment and getting plant, tools and machinery cleaned, checked and ready for re-hire. A practical, hands-on approach and good attention to detail are essential.

We’re looking for people who take pride in their work, are dependable and want to be part of a hardworking team.

Moira Road, Lisburn | Site Progress

Great progress continues at our Moira Road development for Lacuna Developments, in partnership with Skope.

We are delighted to confirm that Phase One handover has now been achieved on site, an important milestone for the whole team and a great step forward for the development.

Works continue to move at pace across the remaining phases, with internal trades, landscaping, and finishing works all progressing well as we look ahead to the next stages of completion.

Another great milestone reached, with plenty more progress to come.
