Responsibilities

▪️Support valuations, variations and final account processes
▪️Contribute to cost reporting and financial tracking across projects
▪️Reviewing project information and identifying key risks and opportunities
▪️Supporting client meetings and post-tender discussions
▪️Drive value engineering, cost analysis and risk mitigation strategies
▪️Attend project meetings and coordinate with site and procurement teams to ensure successful delivery
▪️Ensure full compliance with company procedures, statutory regulations and contractual obligations

▪️Strong organisational and communication skills with high attention to detail
▪️Strong analytical, negotiation and stakeholder management skills

▪️Strong understanding of contractual, financial and legal regulations, including Health & Safety

You will work alongside our commercial and construction teams to deliver accurate estimates, commercial insight and support projects from enquiry through to submission.
Responsibilities
• Preparing tender submissions and meeting key deadlines
• Producing clear, competitive, and commercially sound estimates
• Preparing take-offs for various electrical systems
• Reviewing project information and identifying key risks and opportunities
• Supporting client meetings and post-tender discussions
• Following up on tender submissions and maintaining clear communication
• Supporting the wider team where required
Requirements
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to multi task and manage deadlines
• Ability to work on own initiate and also as part of a team
• Commercial experience in a similar role (Electrical would be advantageous)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attentive to detail
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
