Upgrades from halogen to LED 💡

✅ 12v halogen star lights replaced for LED

✅ Feature lighting upgraded

✅ a whooping x140 12v halogen spotlights replaced with the new bell down light LED fittings

(Fire rated + IP rated ) 💥

( wattage selectable + colour selectable ) 💥

Some extisitng fittings required a spacer fitting to cover a 95mm hole . This allowed us to use the same downlight fittings through out without mixing and matching to cover the holes 👌

Also installed 70w flood light on gable of house also controlled via sensor / walk way lights / house also received new smoke alarms through out / Emerson timer and few other bits

Bit of Saturday work

Fuse board replacement

On inspection before installing an EV charger here we noticed this fuse board was damaged and was causing a burning/melting effect on the neutral bar side

Customer was notified and decided to change and upgrade the units

We went for a 2row plus sheild unit to suit the area we where working with . complete with surge protection and rcbo’s & new 16mm tails

Your not promised a straight foward installation when fitting rcbos as they are very sensitive and can pick up faults in the exisiting wiring system once energised . Which we did come across at around 4pm in the day 🙈 we got there in the end .

All up to date and good for another lifetime

The electrical system will now be given a full test and inspection along with a certificate of approval in the coming days

( Ohme )Ev charger installed for hybrid VW Tiguan . Controlled via app on smart device

All essential tests carried out on supply and earthing arrangements prior to install

Protected with surge protection + by directional rcbo .

Compared to the 13amp trailing lead supplied with the vehicle . Which the garage stressed that this was all that was needed to charge it 🤥

This is a much safer way of charging . And a full charge time in less than 4 hrs compared to 7 to 8 hrs charge time with the 13amp lead 👎

In fairness research should be done before buying one of these electric vehicles as it can run into a few pound for one of these set ups . And you might not be aware of this . Safety comes first ✅

Pure air ventalition system installed in roof space

LED light fittings also installed in attic area . This roof space had two ladder access points . 2way switching at both entry’s

Hallways kitted out with brass switches and extra socket points added ⚡️
