O’Callaghan Planning was contacted following a refused outline planning application outside Newry. After reviewing the case, we advised that a planning appeal was not the best route, for a number of reasons. Our next steps included:

✔️ Addressing the reasons for refusal
✔️ Preparing a full planning application
The outcome was great:
✔️ Full planning approval was ultimately secured quicker than an appeal would have taken

We have now submitted a building control application and are looking forward to seeing this progressing on site soon.
