A mixed used development of 70 industrial and business unit, a retail foodstore and 14 residential units in Newry was approved by Environment Minister Mark H Durkan on 30th May 2014.
The £100M approved scheme will create up to 500 constructions jobs during the construction phase and another estimated 1000 upon completion.
