Dormer roof was badly damaged over time and the storms finished it off

New OSB sheeting, Torch on membrane and to finish off decided to PVC the sides to make it more maintenance free for future

Gym Changing Room Update

- Restructured existing layout to make 2 new changing rooms with their own showers
- Made office rooms little smaller as very rarely used
- Studded out, boarded and plastered
- Electrics adjusted and redone
- White slate Trays with Gold Lightning Tiles
- LVT flooring laid throughout
- Removed old shower room to make more floor space for training and fitted in Rubber flooring

Making excellent use of space that maybe wasn’t utilised to its best ability

Had full help of all the Power Team with us on this 1

So built a dividing wall that give 2/3 of the space for chilling and 1/3 for storage
