Energy assessments carried out last week on these two Grade B1 listed buildings – Magherally Cottage near Banbridge & Rathturret House in Warrenpoint. 🏡

Older and listed properties can present unique challenges when it comes to energy efficiency, so it’s important that any recommendations are appropriate for the building and its listed status.

As part of the assessments, we provided the client with practical recommendations on how the energy performance of each property could be improved, while remaining mindful of the character and historic fabric of the buildings.
