This customer was having issues with their previous poorly installed UFH, this has now had a massive upgrade with insulated backer boards and a loose wire UFH cable to ensure even heat across the new tiled floor.

I swiftly restored power the same day, I spoke with the letting agent about repair but after consulting a local spares company I was told a replacement part couldn’t be ordered so we opted to install a brand new oven, oven ordered and swapped, tenant happy.
