A brand new restaurant has opened in Plymouth. David Mann, who has worked in some of the city's top kitchens, has decided to go it alone.

His newest venture is Quince, situated at Bretonside.

The restaurant will specialise in small plate-sharing dishes, of British and European-style food, but Mr Mann stresses that doesn’t mean the portions are stingy.

But it does mean anyone on a budget can order a plate, glass of wine, and spend £30 for two people in these straitened times and still have a good night, 'without spending £100'.

Lovely little chair finished , old varnish taken off cleaned and waxed . New foam cushion and upholstered in fresh pastel shades
