Been back to paint the recent project from bare plaster.
Very satisfying result, and a step I usually miss out on.
Complete solo project from start to finish, including electrics.
A new fuse board and safety checks was required though, and was kindly squeezed in by Matt at MPC.

Another existing conservatory overhaul.
Taken down to the dwarf walls, and rebuilt to the latest building regulations specifications.
Now quieter, warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer and some added value to the customers house.
A much more usable space to enjoy 😊

Bathroom completed recently.

Great outcome on an awkward, timber double door combo.
Had no option besides having two separate doors, but just as pleased as the client with the end result.

Last landscape project of the year wrapped up, bar a couple of bits.
Very pleased with the outcome of this one, and having a good relationship with these existing customers, meant we could throw lots of ideas around, with no necessarily formal plan.
The area beforehand was just muddy and unusable.
The project consists of Grey Indian Sandstone, two tone composite deck with seat and lounger, and artificial grass area for zero maintenance.

150 slabs later the Porcelain patio is completed 👌
Been so lucky with the weather too….
Couple of days off, then begin another landscaping job on Monday.

New roof completed at a good friend’s house.

Full house of windows and doors,completed this week.
UPVC front door upgraded to a more secure composite one, and a set of narrow patio doors changed to French.
