⚡️ 👀 🚨 💡 Here we have installed 12 downlights in a bathroom and an en suite located in Darlington at West Park. We ensured precise measurements to create no mess or damage. As a business, we take responsibility for any mess or holes created, which we will always fill or plaster ourselves to avoid the need for another tradesperson. We take pride in our professionalism and consistently deliver work of a very high standard, adhering to an OCD level of detail.

For this task, we replaced the old, outdated 2D round bathroom light fitting with LED H2 haler pro downlights, which come with a 4-year warranty. These lights are IP rated, fire rated, and offer a color selectable option, allowing you to choose between warm white or cool white. Each project is unique, and for a job like this, the cost ranges from £50 to £75 per point supplied and fitted, depending on the number of points required and their accessibility. Some customers find the pricing intimidating and prefer to ask via message first. However, providing an accurate quote without assessing the job in person can be challenging. Below is a basic overview of previous prices for common jobs we frequently get asked about:

Changing a light fitting costs £40 per fitting, depending on the type of light and if it is already assembled. (A reduced rate applies for more than three fittings).

An outside socket, supplied and fitted, is priced at £75, based on a back-to-back installation from an indoor socket protected by an RCD.

Changing an oven or hob costs £50, assuming it is a straightforward swap with no need for electrical cable alterations or worktop cutting.

For external LED security lights, supplied and fitted with a one-year warranty:
10 watt - £75
20 watt - £80
30 watt - £85
