Another driveway transformed by our team in Newton Aycliffe!

This customer wanted a full front of property transformation and they were definitely pleased with the outcome.

For this project we used Marshall’s tegula (harvest) for the main body of the driveway with a charcoal double border to contrast. We also had to install a o drainage channels across the garage and to the side of the property to catch the surface water from this large area.

At the front of the property the customer wanted a green area without having to worry about the maintenance, so we installed a high quality artificial turf so they can have the best of both worlds.

Another project across the line by our team in newton Aycliffe.

On this project the customer wanted to make better use of the grass area in their garden to entertain friends and family this summer so we laid this patio and gravel area using 900mmx600mm rustic slate porcelain finished off using a black jointing compound between the tiles.

Another block packed driveway completed in redworth village by our team this year.

For this project the customer decided to use Marshall’s tegula blocks (traditional colour) for the infill with a charcoal border around the edge.

As well as doing the driveway we did a fence with a custom made gate so the customer could have an extra storage area. Sloping the fence from 6ft down to 3ft along side the driveway.

Another driveway completed by our team in newton Aycliffe last week.

For this project we used a charcoal block for the double border with brindle for the infill, one of our favourite combinations to use on any drive.

We also used aco drainage channels with galvanised lids to deal with all the surface water for this driveway.

Today we are showing a full garden transformation by the team over in yarm.

For this project the customer asked us to hand make a pergola, build a raised planter across the back of the garden using tobermore secura lite(slate) and lay 2 patio areas and footpaths in a light grey 900x600mm porcelain tile (provided by Perfect Home & Garden) as well as some gravelled areas.

Under the pergola we created a seating area for the customer to enjoy the summer evenings using the porcelain tiles, blockpaved edgings and a golden gravel.

The main patio area was laid using the porcelain tiles, a charcoal blockpaved edging and a black jointing compound. We also installed aco drains against the house walls to catch any surface water that comes off the patio.

Here we have a project recently completed by our team in Wynyard, which completely transformed the property for the customers.

For this project we used a light grey 600x900 porcelain tile with an anthracite border around the paths and main patio area (finished with a black jointing compound.

As can be seen we also built all new steps around the patio to the rear of the house using tobermore secure lite walling (slate).

Here we have a project completed by our team last year in wynyard for another returning customer.

This project was a full makeover of the back garden, where we completely stripped it back and started again to give the customers a much more useable space.

To do this we used a light grey porcelain tile with an anthracite border to contrast (as well as a black jointing compound).

We split the levels of the garden using tobermore secura lite (slate) to keep the patios on one continuous level and create two lovely large planters.

We also completely relaid the lawn to the rear of the property and hand made privacy screens using a machine finished timber.

We continued the porcelain round the side of the property and also made the paths to the front door much wider and using the same colour scheme to match the back garden.

Another full property transformation completed by our team in Newton Aycliffe.

For this project we were starting completely from scratch, starting with the garden to the rear of the property.

For the back garden we used 1200x600 marshalls symphony porcelain (adara moon) with an anthracite border and black jointing compound to finish it off. This same pattern continues down the side path of the house leading to the driveway.

We also built planter and cladded them using a split face slate tile. For the fencing we used a redwood pse for a smoother more sleek finish than a rough sawn timber.

Here is a driveway recently completed by our team in newton Aycliffe.

For this project we used charcoal block paving for the infill finished off with a neutral double border (using Marshall’s standard blockpaving). We also used aco drains across the garage door to collect any surface water.

We built a small retaining wall next to the garage door using tobermore secura light (slate grey) and finished off using the matching copings.
