These pictures show one of our projects that we received planning approval for.

This large traditional dwelling and related outbuildings are located in Greater Manchester. The proposed extension to the main building is in-keeping with the traditional design style, however incorporates modern design nuances to reflect the clients vision and blend the new with the old.

The project also sees the subdivision of the main building into two large dwellings. We are excited to see how this project develops!

Throwback Thursday today as we re-visit a scheme that we helped to obtain planning permission for.

This desirable family home is located in the vibrant location of Stockton Heath.

Without the assistance of Emery Planning, and Focus Transport Planning this planning consent would not have been possible.

🌟Planning Approval Awarded at Committee! 🌟

We are delighted to have been awarded planning consent for this bespoke, family dwelling located in an existing residential area within a protected woodland!

Alongside our client, we engaged in proactive, extensive discussions with the local authorities to overcome the technical issues, to get this project towards the finishing line.

Our client actually purchased the land 17 years ago back in 2008- it is great to see the planning consent being awarded!

⭐Planning Approval Achieved⭐

We were overjoyed to receive full planning permission for this local, exciting project within the Green Belt!

Details include demolishing the existing building and constructing a new replacement, detached home. Because of the projects location within the Green Belt, we had to tactically design the proposed home, so that it is not materially larger than the existing building/outbuildings on the site.

This proposed home has also been designed to represent the redevelopment of previously developed land within the Green Belt, with a great focus on not causing harm to the openness of the land.

We are excited to see the construction of this project!
