While carrying out an Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) at a customer’s property recently, I came across an issue that could have easily gone unnoticed — and potentially become dangerous over time.

EICRs aren’t just a box-ticking exercise. They help identify:

🔸 Outdated or unsafe installations
🔸 Potential fire and shock hazards
