An absolutely incredible turnout for the EvaBuild Charity Football Tournament, and together we've raised an amazing...

£10,500 for Lingen Davies Cancer Support 💙🌻

The overall fundraising total will be announced in the next few days, but for now, a huge THANK YOU to every team, volunteer and spectator who made the day such a success. And of course a huge thanks to Newtown FC for allowing us to use their grounds for the day.

Lastly, a massive congratulations to Team Darwin Group on lifting the trophy! 🏆

We're urgently looking for 2 volunteer referees to help at the EvaBuild x Lingen Davies Charity Football Tournament at Newtown AFC in aid of Lingen Davies Cancer Support 🌻

🕛 Approx. 11:30am – 5pm (you won't be refereeing continuously)!
📍 Newtown FC

(We have 3 referees secured, but need 2 more to ensure refereeing can be split fairly between all refs throughout the day to allow for breaks).

EvaBuild's Summer season is in full swing!👷

Our teams have been working incredibly hard on groundworks packages across the UK, whilst dealing with some intense heatwaves over the last few weeks. Our workforce continue to show their dedication, professionalism and commitment despite the tough weather conditions 👏

Here's just a small snapshot of what we've been up to over recent weeks:

⚽ EvaBuild Charity Football Tournament 2026 ⚽

There's just over 5 weeks to go until this year's charity football tournament at Newtown Football Club on Saturday 1st August, raising funds for Lingen Davies Cancer Support🌻

Last year saw us raise £7,337 and we've got even bigger fundraising goals this year!

Fancy coming along? Here's everything you need to know!
•Gates open 11:30am, first game k/o 12:10pm
•Admission is £5, under 16s free
•Bar and refreshments from Newtown FC
•Mid-Wales Whippy will be onsite with their ice-cream van
•Children's entertainment tent
•Huge raffle with multiple prizes worth £200+ from spa days to luxury hampers and rounds of golf! Raffle tickets are available to buy in the lead-up from all businesses taking part, and will also be available to buy on the day.

100% of funds raised from gate admission and the raffle will be donated to Lingen Davies Cancer Support☀
