New Project: Essex Mews, Ormeau Road Belfast
Contractor:

Elite has secured the mechanical contract for Essex Mews. The development includes 13 apartments. Each apartment will feature a highly efficient A Rated gas combi boiler, smart eco features and app controlled heating system (SMART compatibility).

Bathrooms will include high quality contemporary white sanitary ware with chrome tap and fittings, thermostatically controlled bath/shower mixer and screen and heated chrome towel rail.

MacBlair has celebrated the grand opening of its new Lurgan branch. The upgraded branch now offers an expanded shop and warehouse.

Elite were tasked with the mechanical installation of the new staff areas within the branch.

New Project: Malone Avenue Apartments, Belfast

These 9 apartments will be built to passive house standards with the expertise from Elite.

We are installing the Nilan Compact P unit. The Compact P is a multi unit with several installations combined in one compact installation. It ventilates the dwelling and produces domestic hot water.

Compact P is passive house certified via two certificates, according to efficiency and heating area. It offers huge environmental benefits due to its high efficiency, ensuring daily air replacement thereby removing dust particles, odours and moisture to create a pleasant and healthy indoor climate.

HOR project update 🏘️

Phase 1 - 16 houses already completed and handed over.
Phase 2- 17 houses already completed and handed over.
Phase 2b- 16 houses completed and ready for handing over in 2 weeks.
Phase 3a- 17 houses progressing well with all 1st Fix’s completed and 70% of all 2nd fixing completed.

Delighted with the progress on this development of 90 houses in Lisburn.
