When you hear a good friend I played rugby with for a good few seasons, has swapped his rugby boots for glittery dance shoes, I had no hesitation in becoming a sponsor for him and his dance partner for this event.

The charities that will benefit from this is a win win all day long.

Fair play to all the couples taken part in this, as I’m sure the commitment to pull this off is quite something. Good luck to all but especially Thomp and Sarah ..

Glad to get this one over the line before the Easter holidays. The job initially was to rip old ceilings down, strip wallpaper, take 1 stud wall away to make 1 big bedroom ,and skim it along with hall stairs and landing

Turned out the paper was basically holding the old plaster on the walls. Only option was to the stud out the walls and re board the full room and then skim. A lot of extra work involved which can happen when working in old houses but job done 💪

Roof space conversion in Comber the past few days. 1 mix finishes it off later today. There is more work round existing hall, stairs and landing in these than the actual room at top of the house.

That time off the year again when there is a lot of pricing and enquiries goin on. Think ahead and book your tradesmen in advance. We are booking into the 2nd week in June at the moment for bigger jobs. 💪💪

When the job needs a lot more work than first expected. Joiner hats on for a few days.

Walls totally falling apart and boast. Wallpaper basically holding the plaster on in this old property.

Stud it out and insulated plasterboard the best way out of it.

Sometimes jobs have unexpected costs until you get into them and started and see what your dealing with.

Our first outside job of the year. Lunch in the ☀️☀️☀️ an added bonus . No job too small and all that so was able to pick this up for a friend in between other jobs. Prep yesterday and rub up smooth today.

Hopefully the start of the weather picking up that will allows us to get dates in place for bigger outside jobs that’s in the pipeline.

When you get sent photos of a job finished but didn’t recognise it at all for a min. This was a refurb done by Kitchens by Kelly. Sometimes it is possible to save existing cupboards etc and end up with this outcome. Pics are from when we went into strip tiles and plaster to the finished job.
