We built this lovely little deck around a smoke house for our clients in Jordanstown.
We used a solid composite decking and fencing from Decking ni ltd because I dont like working with the hollow plastic decking and all the fiddly wee clips and trims! With this decking you just screw it all together like a wood decking just more joists, it really looks the part!

After we removed twenty five ton of clay from the garden we back filled it with twenty ton of heavy quarry stone then fifteen ton of blinding to add a free draining solid hard base that will allow the water to flow through French drains into the water trap which has a pump fitted to take the water away.
We will fit a lovely quality 30mm artificial grass to the area next week to give them a lovely clean dry garden to enjoy.

Another lovely 30mm lawn fitted for clients in Carrickfergus.
We raised the levels in this garden using 5.5 ton of drainage grit to level it up and allow better drainage as the lawn was a bit damp.
