Re roof finished on nettleham road, tough one all foamed removed from the roof space, all rafters cleaned, we went for jutland westerland fibre cement slate, with a dry ridge system, black dye added to the morter to tie in with the slates, insulation topped up to building regs, solars taken off and reinstalled, all past off with building control and very happy customers.

New slates fixed.
Ridges all screwed.
Shared chimney fully re pointed and flaunced.
Chimney stack on the back of the property dropped below roof level to eliminate a weak point.

Top job as always.

Top membrane as always.
Dry hip and ridge system.
New leadwork.
Bonding gutters to join into the neighbours roof.
Brown mortar tone added to the mix to tie in with the brickwork and tiles.

A beautiful job done for lovely customers, this property had concrete double pantiles.
Changed for clay olympus tuscan double pantiles.
Dry ridge and hips.
White cement mix to tie in with the brickwork, soffit and fascias.
Lovely neat leadwork.
Solar panels took off and reinstated once the roof was done.
Site left clean and tidy as always.
