🏡 Preston Terrace, North Shields – House No. 4 Complete ✅
This is now the fourth property we’ve completed on Preston Terrace, with this project focused heavily on restoring the original timber windows and external joinery.
Extensive rot was cut out, timber stabilised, new sections spliced in where required, and original profiles rebuilt using specialist Repair Care resin systems before full preparation and decoration. 🔨🪟
The main focus of this project was preserving and restoring the original windows rather than replacing them. As you’ll see from the photos, some of the stonework and masonry has intentionally been left with its natural character. The customer only wanted repairs carried out where necessary and preferred to retain the authentic look of the property rather than create a perfectly uniform finish. 🏛️
