A recent underfloor heating job we did in Bideford for some good friends of mine. The underfloor heating covers the entire floor area downstairs and upstairs they’ve got cast iron radiators and a towel rail fed from a separate heating zone.
Thanks to Jim Jam Barnes for giving up his Saturday to help with the pipework as it’s an absolute nightmare to do on your own.

This is another complete bathroom replacement we finished a few weeks ago in King Alfred Crescent, Northam.
A joint effort with Chris Hall Plumbing & Heating, all materials (inc flooring & wall boards) supplied from City Plumbing.
A freestanding bath out and an anti slip Mira shower tray in, new mixer shower, vanity unit, toilet suite and a new towel rail. New multi panels and flooring also fitted by us.

Here are the results of another boiler change we did recently in Glentorr Road, Bideford.
A back boiler unit from the lounge, cylinder upstairs and storage tanks in the loft all disconnected and a new combination boiler fitted under the stairs.
We put some Fernox F3 system cleaner in for a few days and came back to flush the system through and this is how much the magnetic filter collected in just 3 days!!
It just shows how important it is to have a magnetic filter on your central heating system.

This was a loft conversion in Bay View Road, Northam that we completed recently. A additional bathroom and radiators fed on a separate heating zone, the multi panels and flooring were also completed by us. It just needs the skirting boards and carpet fitted and it will look absolutely mint up there, especially with that view! 👌🏻
Thanks again to Chris Hall for helping me with the multi panels, I nearly lost him in the GREY bathroom a couple times! 👨🏼‍🦳

Another one we recently finished in Littleham. The soil pipe ran internally from underneath a bath before and was boxed in along with the rest of the pipework. We adjusted the soil stack outside and and redid all the pipework so everything is concealed. All materials (inc flooring & wall boards) supplied from City Plumbing in Bideford.
