We rarely receive pictures of customer’s finished projects, so when we do, we like to share them.

This bespoke oak veneer plywood cabinet project was for an existing architect client for use in her own home.

The design comprised three cabinets made from 19mm oak-veneered birch plywood and finished in our 10% water-based clear lacquer.

We made the counter top with a 6mm rebate into which the customer fitted vinyl floor tiles to provide a durable work surface.

The video shows a batch of five primed mini pyramid wall panels being processed, ready for delivery.

We machined the panels from a high-quality 18mm MR MDF called Hidrofugo as this superior product gives a cleaner machined surface, is resistant to fibre lift, and provides a superior final finish.

Once we had machined the panels, we applied two coats of a water-based primer with a thorough sanding prior to the first and second coats.

If you've been thinking about doing something with that blank wall, this might be the product you’ve been looking for.

We are a proud, family-owned panel-processing company in Northampton with a close-knit team of 38 brilliant people.

The CNC Creations team will be visiting the forthcoming Professional Woodworking Expo 2026 and joining thousands of trade professionals at Nation's Experience Capital exploring the latest products and machinery the industry has to offer.

The show runs from 23rd-25th June and will be hosting various seminars including applying AI in Joinery and From Tree to Trade and exhibiting leading brands such as EGGER Group Buttonfix Limited Whitehill Spindle Tools Ltd Hanson Plywood Ltd and many more.

If you fancy attending, single free ticket grants you full access to all three co-located events: Professional Woodworking Expo, InstallerSHOW, and the National Painting and Decorating Show.

A nice little order for another of our many loyal trade customers.
Whilst at first glance the panels could easily be mistaken for Orange Valchromat, they are, in fact, a vibrant fire-resistant MDF.

The order consisted of ten 15mm portrait mini fluted panels and seven 18mm landscape standard fluted panels, all of which our client will use on a London-based office fit-out.
