Customer reported that their vanity unit was falling apart from the bottom up. Tuned out there was a leak coming from the extractor fan. 12 years of condensation built up in a badly fitted pipe system. Will be returning next week to regrout the stained grout. Another happy customer.

Leak detection. Customer had a leak coming from their kitchen floor. Heating pipe had a small pin hole for nearly a year, all the flooring under the tiles were completely rotten. Pipe found and fixed with new flooring. I just need to fit the kick boards. Another happy customer.
