Made safe and now booked in for a full RCBO board. If RCDs were installed this woud never have got this far. Whilst i appreciate it’s an expense not getting an electrical safety check where this would have been highlighted could be much more costly

Busy few days getting this beauty ready for sale, new supply run in from the DNO and reconnected to 3 separate consumer units and an EICR ready for building control sign off, a few failure points but the job has been completed on time and in the original price quoted despite some surprises along the way.
