Case Study: The Salad Lab.

A creative foodie wanted to open a new salad bar in Leigh-on-Sea. We partnered with the owner, Josh, to help make the dream a reality.

The main challenge of launching a new business in Leigh-on-Sea was a limited budget. By collaborating with Complete Leasing and CED Fabrications, a tailored and cost-effective counter solution was implemented. The results were a high-quality, bespoke counter that met Josh’s specifications and preserved his capital.

Our solution featured a counter manufactured in our factory with involvement from CED Fabrications. This included:

- A solid surface top and front façade for durability and aesthetics.
- Fret cut lettering using our CNC machine, adding a distinctive branding element.
- Vertical glass sneeze screens for hygiene and customer interaction.

Josh was thrilled with the results, noting the seamless integration of the counter into the eatery’s design. The decision to utilise a leasing option allowed The Salad Lab to maintain its financial health while investing in the quality of the establishment.

After years of exceptional service, our trusty old diesel van has reached a point where we needed an upgrade! While the old van has been a steady companion for many years, it was time for a change.

Enter our new VW electric van! It does help to reduce our carbon footprint which is important to us, but also enhances our operational efficiency - it's bigger for a start and helps us to service clients in low emission zones more cost-effectively.
