Few areas completely cleared and removed for customer in Braunston.
100 times better if do say so myself.
All waste dispose correctly as it should.

Nice little patio installed with sleeper surround, finished off with some new gates

Old rotten none useable gates and infills removed completely.
Brand new 6be6 post concreted in with two new gates to the front drive and 1 new side gate

Old veg patch completely cleared recently and turned into a useable area

New build house area dug out,
Mot type 1 in and wackered to depth of 150mm.
Olaf white 900 by 600 porcelain laid on full cement bed and primed backs.
Finished of with polar chippings around the outside.

This customer was left with a right mess after another contractor walked off the job!!
New fence installed with fresh turf to top area.
Retaining sleeper wall built with wooden posts concreted into the ground for strength and support, nice hand rail installed for the customer to gain access to the top.
New sleeper wall built ready for stage 2 where the crazy paving and steps will be removed and new steps and slabs laid,

Old
Rotten fencing and decking area recently removed,
Area dug down to allow the timber to breath above the mud. All fresh joists used with over 24 wooden posts concreted into the ground for support and strength.
Finish of with nice new fence and gate for the customer

Area recently dug out and mot type 1 over the area finish with 0mm pea gravel and other dark sandstone cobbles on the driveway finish with 20mm gravel.
New sleeper steps built To gain access from the side to front of the house.
Finish with some privacy with new fence and gate.

This customer wanted some nicer and deeper steps with less height for access to back door.

Bricks and old rail completely removed with top step being lot deeper for easy and comfortable for the lady with a brand new hand rail inserted for solid step down
