A pretty big transformation on this one đź‘Ś

We repainted the whole of downstairs, including all the woodwork, as well as the upstairs landing. We also turned the single doorway connecting the kitchen/living room into an extended opening, using architraves to give it a much cleaner, more finished look.

We added panelling to the hallway and kitchen to create a few feature walls and completed it all with new flooring throughout the downstairs.

The photos really don’t do it justice, such a difference from where we started!

As Builda Renovations continues to grow, we’re looking to build a small network of reliable tradespeople who can jump in on a day rate basis when projects require an extra pair of hands.

Ideally, you’re someone who:
- Has good all-round building experience
- Takes pride in your work
- Is reliable and easy to work with
- Is happy with flexible, as-and-when work

Most projects are based around Northampton, Milton Keynes, Kettering and surrounding areas.

Builda Renovations carried out a complete clearance, made the electrics safe, redecorated throughout and supplied & fitted brand new carpets to bring the flat back to a clean, compliant and rentable standard.
