Vintage style bathroom complete renovation..

Old bathroom out back to bare brickwork complete carpentry works including strengthing joists in loft and cutting a loft hatch access reboard with green moisture boards and fibreglass aqua boards in the shower area fully insulate new wiring and plumbing replasted by a team of contractors we highly recommend ( R Yates plastering ) and complete to customers requirements..

Week one 4 days into full bathroom refurbishment..Including structural improvements to the loft joists & new installatio...

Week one 4 days into full bathroom refurbishment..
Including structural improvements to the loft joists & new installation as there was a thin layer of fiberglass which was as good as a chocolate teapot..
Complete strip down to bare brick work.
Repoint brickwork were needed.
Refix flooring and fit new flooring we're needed..
Make new loft access..
Strip out all plumbing..
First fix electrics..
First fix plumbing..
Rebuild boiler cupboard to spec..
Build studwall and fibreglass waterproof panels. Ready to tile..

Next week plastering..plumbing.. Carpentry works and electrical second fix maybe even get it tiled.. covid really has slowed progress due to not being able to have trades working together..

If your considering this please remember to ask if your engineer if he or she has the correct license and qualifications as these are potentially very dangerous if fitted incorrectly..
