What a week!! From designer radiators to renewing vented cylinders.
Absolutely lovely customer, there hasn't been a morning Iv not wanted to go to work, I'm getting booked up for bigger jobs quiet quickly now but trying to keep a couple of spots for tap changes /washers etc during the week free so if it's an absolute emergency I will get to you even if it's to isolate and make safe. I have had the best year from getting married having an amazing honeymoon and working with the most amazing customers. You are all fantastic and make my job worthwhile so I must thank you all! You may notice there has been a slight price increase this year due to taking on apprentice and generally everything going up in price, I have tried my hardest to source parts and tie jobs into the same locations on same days to keep prices down for everyone so hopefully this has worked well. Again for anyone struggling to make payments please don't suffer or put of just be honest & up front and we can work out a payment plan.
I wish you all a happy Christmas and look forward to working with you all in the new year. And again please remember it's only me at the end of the phone ,I'm only human and I'm extremely forgetful, phone me, text me, remind me, bug me I won't get annoyed, I rarely pick up voicemail as they don't show up so keep on at me if I miss you I don't mean to 😊🎄🎁🌟

Afternoon my lovely customers past,present and new just to keep you informed, I wont be available for work untill end of October /early November now as poor Josh has bitten the bullet and married me we will be having a fancy wedding at the end of this week then going of on a honeymoon next week. Unfortunately I won't be available to take calls as there won't be any signal but for non urgent work please message me and when I get signal I will message back (honestly you will not be interrupting this is what being a sole trader is just please don't expect immediate reply)

One of my favourite jobs this week, previous plumbers had made existing pipework unaccessible and had no movement in so putting our heads together the customer crafted this amazing tap stand box that allowed me to add additional pipework so the new taps could be fitted.

Sometimes pipes like to just split others pin hole.
Just two of the jobs thats kept us busy this week, along with radiator installations, tap replacements toilet valves and blocked toilets. Is it really only the second week of being back to work !! Availability is filling up fast and quotes will be done this evening for people that have quotes outstanding, I try to keep a couple of availability for emergency cap of flood work during the week but for planned work starting to book into mid February just to be aware.

Full business working hours will be resuming Monday. With the new year a couple of changes going forward.
🌟 Parts will now need paying up front before being ordered if over a certain amount.im more than happy to give you the links for yourselves to order the parts in advance.
🌟 Payment is to be made on the day of completion either by card,Bacs or cash unless arranged in advance, if you would like an invoice sending for payment IE you won't be home or tenented property etc this will now need paying within 2 days but must be specified on booking.

Now the moany bits out the way please all remember it's only me doing everything from taking calls,messages,emails, messenger telepathy and god knows what else, scheduling, ordering and finding parts, diagnosing,replying, and then coming out and fixing then invoicing,filing and tax returning so if I forget to reply or you haven't heard from me in a day always call me!!! I will never ever be annoyed at being called and chased I will be more upset to hear someone thinks iv ignored them when I unintentionally haven't.
I love running this business and look forward to another year working with you all!!

This year has gone so quickly and i have met lovely new customers and had the pleasure of returning customers.

It's always lovely to continue working with you all and you're all the reason I can keep my business going!! So I would like to thank you all from the bottom of my heart and wish you all a fantastic Christmas 🎄🎄

Although I am planning to take the Christmas week off I am still available for emergencies should you need, I look forward to working with you all again in the new year 🎊🎊
