Autumn News:
Today is the Autumnal Equinox, from now nights will get cooler, there will be less daylight hours, you’ll start to think about putting heating on and closing your windows.
All the above means there will be less ventilation in your property trapping that moisture which is just what those mould spores have been waiting for.
Yes, it’s the start of what we call the condensation season.
So, if you’re starting to suffer from condensation forming, act before it starts turning to mould.
Mould is not only unsightly and smelly, but it is also bad for your health.

This week, Iain had the privilege of talking to Chelton Brown - Premier Property Agents about all things Electrical. Normally at home with a tester round his neck and note pad in hand, it made a welcome change to share our knowledge of the industry and how we carry out our work.

Had a great training session in our Northampton Property Management office today, with Infinity Electrical Infinity Electrical Contractors making sure the team is all up to date with CPD and regs in EICRs!

Today we carried out a complete lighting overhaul to a commercial premises, the new panels are a big improvement on the older lighting for sure.

We didn't want to make a fuss but as a company we recently turned 10 years, in a rare moment today we were all in the same place, so had a group photo to celebrate. (minus Daz he isn't keen of cameras) We would like to take this moment to thank every customer, supplier and anyone who has worked with us in the past for being part of the journey so far.
