It’s absolutely shocking to see that some homes still have electrical installations in such poor condition. This customer had various electrical work done over the years, including new distribution boards, but the real issues were never properly resolved. Unfortunately, that left the family still facing potential electrical risks.

Always make sure electrical work is carried out by qualified professionals who identify and fix the root cause — not just the symptoms.

Installed a bespoke hanging LED lighting system with variable colour temperature control (cool–warm white range) and integrated dimming functionality to accommodate various ambient settings.

• Upgraded existing distribution board to a new 18th Edition–compliant consumer unit with full RCD/RCBO protection.
• Completed full electrical testing and issued an updated Electrical Installation Certificate (EIC).
