What a transformation already!

The first photo shows the property before work commenced, with a standard roof space and limited accommodation. Fast forward to today and our team at Lloyd Home Improvements has constructed a substantial dormer loft conversion that will create two brand-new bedrooms, adding valuable living space and significantly increasing the property’s potential.

Made some cracking progress in the first 4 weeks, steels in place, roof cut, felt and battoned, brick work mostly finished, roof tiles this coming week and the start of the first of 3 dormers.'

Steels lifted up to flat roof.

New floor joists in, brickwork finished Tuesday,

Roof going on Wednesday.
